- Familiarize and conscientise staff about the management of IP considering the institutional policies, including compliance with the IPR Act;
- Support staff in identifying projects that have commercial and impact potential;
- Facilitate the protection of IP that is generated by the organization;
- Deliver programs that promote a culture of innovation;
- Support staff to source resources, including funding, to support projects development to commercial success;
- Manage the commercialisation agreements, including licensing and spin-outs, with third parties;
- Partner with other similar structures to strengthen the technology innovation system.
